With the ADC-SWM150 installed you can set up rules to automatically shut off your water when a water sensor detects a leak. From anywhere and at anytime you can use the alarm.com app to easily turn your water on or off remotely. The ADC-SWM150 uses cutting-edge connected technology to detect leaks and shut them off automatically. As part of alarm.com’s whole-home Water Management solution, it can respond intelligently to drips and leaks in different areas of your home, and helps you use water more efficiently with monitoring and insights.
