The Alarm Controls SREX-100 is an active infrared request to exit sensor for indoor applications. It’s U.L.-listed as a request-to-exit device under UL294 and CAN/ULC-S319. The SREX-100 is rated a class 1 as per the CAN/ ULC-S319 standard. The SREX-100 mounts above the door header so its detection pattern is over the door handle. The exit device releases when the user reaches for the door handle. The active detecting curtain rejects parallel traffic and items put beneath it to keep the entryway safe.
