26 Bit Format Cards – Requires you to specify a facility code and card start number when placing your order. All tracking and management of card numbers is done on the customer’s end. We recommend that you double-check card start numbers to ensure that you don’t duplicate numbers already used, as custom-programmed cards are not able to be returned.
***37 Bit Format Cards – You do not need to specify a facility code or card start number when placing an order. HID controls card numbering, ensuring that card numbers are NEVER repeated. Before ordering 37 bit cards, please confirm that your system is capable of using a 37 bit number with no facility code.
