The SL-350QN is a 100m outdoor active infrared (AIR) beam set, wired which is designed for perimeter security. It can also be connected to an IP network when used in conjunction with our IP/POE module, the PIE-1. A perfect alignment between transmitter and receiver is key to optimise the operation of the active beams. To make the optical alignment easier, the SL-350QN chassis features vivid yellow colors to be seen from the distance. The SL-350QN includes even more features to protect against false and missed alarms caused by mis-alignment and environmental issues. With 350ft. of outdoor detection range, the QN model is perfect for mid level security perimeter applications.
