Expand your office or business network capacity with the JetStream TL-SG1218MP 16-Port Gigabit PoE+ Compliant Unmanaged Switch with SFP from TP-Link. This switch features 16 PoE+ compliant Gigabit Ethernet ports with a 36 Gb/s switching capacity and a 26.78 Mb/s forwarding rate for fast and efficient data transfers. Each port supports up to 30W of power, with a total power budget of 250W to operate compatible devices such as IP security cameras, outdoor antennas, network attached storage, and more. The switch’s built-in power management system will automatically turn off lower priority ports to ensure high-priority devices remain powered and to protect against power overload.
Two SFP / RJ45 combo ports are available for Gigabit uplinks to compatible devices. Integrated Quality of Service (QoS) features help to ensure prioritized traffic for latency sensitive applications such as voice and video. With its plug & play, unmanaged design, no complicated setup or configuration is required. Two fans and a durable metal housing help to maintain temperatures and performance. The TL-SG1218MP includes a rack mounting kit, but it may also be mounted on a desktop.
