The MBX-PRE Streaming Audio Player is designed to offer a simple-to-install and simple-to-configure streaming media solution to add high quality streaming audio content to any audio system. The MBX-PRE can be used as a single stereo audio streaming source for a single room, or supply a single audio stream to a larger whole-house system through its easy-to-use analog line-level/digital (coax/optical) outputs.
The MBX-PRE allows for expansion to up to 32 streaming rooms of audio in a single installation with any combination of other MBX-Series streaming products from Russound. The HES 4500C Complete Pac electric strike works with all brands of cylindrical and mortise locksets up to a 3/4” latchbolt throw. It is designed for installation in 2” UL 10C fire-rated frames with 1/2” drywall penetration. The Pac includes an electric strike body with two faceplates and features a unique keeper pin locking design, enabling it to exceed the product ratings.

The Alarm Controls RP-44 is a DPDT indicating shunt switch mounted to a single-gang satin stainless steel wallplate. The switch features an alternate action pushbutton that changes from black to orange when depressed. Remote wall plates with one or more push buttons that act as indicators and turn orange when pressed from black. Ideal for applications that call for zone shunting.

P series readers are for use with Switch2 and Net2 systems. The reader is supplied with a black fascia only. Replacement fascias are available in black and white/grey from the Paxton Portal.

Installation – The reader is wired as shown on the control unit label. Be sure to avoid mounting on metal surfaces or near other proximity readers as this will affect the read range. The cable exits centrally from the back of the reader making drilling and mounting very accurate.
Operation – A token is read by holding it within close proximity of the reader. Once a token has been read the control unit looks up the access permissions of that user. Access is then granted or denied as appropriate. If access is granted the green LED flashes.
