The FlipX Series is our new generation of indoor PIR detectors equipped with innovative pyroelectric element and rotatable lens, a feature unique to OPTEX. By simply removing the case and flipping the lens 180°, the detection pattern can be customized from 85° wide for covering large open spaces, to just 5° for covering long narrow passages or windows. The FlipX Series is ideal for indoor applications ranging from residential to high-end commercial sites.

The FX-360 ceiling-mount detector with its unique, highly durable spherical lens offers unparalleled 360° detection performance. False alarm protection technologies, such as RFI Protection, Temperature Protection and Noise Reduction, come as standard, giving the FX-360 the most unbeatable reliability in its class. The RCTD-20U or “Wireless 2000” from Optex is a wireless annunciator system that not only alerts shop owners to customers entering their store, but also can provide driveway annunciation and perimeter awareness. The Wireless 2000 includes an outdoor rated PIR detector, as well as an R.F. receiver that can hold up to 9 detectors and chimes when the sensor detects motion. The R.F. receiver also features a Form C relay for activation of a variety of electronic equipment. Additional accessories can be added, including the TC-20U wireless door / window contact, TS-10U wireless push button transmitter for notification or activation applications and TR-20U repeater for applications where extended range between Wireless 2000 devices is necessary. Whether for home or business, indoor or outdoor, the Wireless 2000 is the ideal choice for perimeter awareness and wireless remote control.

The EX-35T breaks the mold of low cost, quality efficient detectors. You can select between precise wide angle and long range coverage, and also multi-level or pet alley detection patterns. By incorporating our patented multi-focus technology into the spherically designed lens, the EX-35 has successfully eliminated sensitivity problems caused by changes in detection patterns.

The MX-40PI combines state of the art microwave and PIR technologies in attractive, easy-to-install units and underlines Optex’s absolute commitment to provide detectors with unprecedented reliability and detection performance at very reasonable prices. Incorporating Anti-Crosstalk technology, which prevents false alarms caused by microwave interference when several detectors are operating in the same area, and also Quad Zone Logic, which discriminates between humans and other sources of infrared, the MX-40PI is unrivaled in its performance.

The CX-702 is designed to give extremely stable long-range detection performance in a variety of internal commercial and industrial applications. With patented Multi-Focus technology, sensitivity is maintained through the entire coverage area, even in high temperature areas or in applications with low temperature contrast. Combined with Double Conductive Shielding and Temperature Compensation, a high level of false alarm protection is guaranteed. In addition, a unique feature to the CX-702 is the ability to choose between a 70’ x 70’ pattern and a 150’ x 8’ with a simple flip of the lens.

The Battery Powered AX-200TFR is a revolution in the perimeter security industry, offering a significant cost saving alternative to a traditional hardwired system. No trenching or wiring is required, drastically reducing labor time and installation costs. The unit comes wireless ready with a multi functional back box and is compatible with most manufacturers wireless systems. The AX-200TFR comes with four 3.6V batteries (two for each side), with an average lifespan of 3 years.

The BX Shield (BXS) series is a range of quad PIR sensors that are ideal for protecting windows and the immediate boundaries of a building or site. Combining great usability and versatile design, the BX Shield series includes four PIRs, two on each side of the unit. Detection range and sensitivity can be adjusted independently on each side of the sensor, up to 80ft total (40ft per side), for high-performing flexibility. Equipped with SMDA logic (Super Multidimensional Analysis), the BX Shield drastically improves immunity against changes in temperature or moving trees and vegetation, effectively distinguishing between the cause of nuisance false alarms and genuine intrusions. The BXS also excels in environments where the temperature difference between the human body and the background is very small, due to its extreme high detection mode increasing the PIR sensitivity, preventing any missed alarms.

The AX-100TFR is a wireless ready 100’ Photoelectric Detector with a back box from Optex which is multi functional and compatible with many of the other wireless systems available. The AX-100TFR wireless detector comes with a long battery life of approximately five years, a low battery output with LED, a DQ circuit, as well as an IP55 rated exterior, a 100ft range, and a 265m max arrival distance. The AX-100TFR Photoelectric Detector also features an infrared beam interruption detection method, a form C alarm output, plus a wide operating temperature, and a compact size. This excellent wireless ready Photoelectric Detector has an IP55 rating, and is a cost saving device being an alternative to the more traditional type hardwired systems.

OPTEX expands on its industry leading outdoor battery-powered intrusion line by adding the quad beam SL-350QFR, a 350 ft. battery-powered photoelectric detector requiring no trenching or wiring. Because of this, Integrators and Dealers can offer a significant cost saving alternative to traditional hardwired systems, while End Users will benefit from less downtime to business operations during install. The iSeries SL-350QFR includes a multi functional backbox that accepts most manufacturers wireless transmitters, and comes with four batteries per set, with the option of expanding to eight for up to 10 years of battery life. In addition, the SL-350QFR is compatible with the AX-TW200 line of beam towers for a clean, concealed, wireless mounting option.The SL-350QFR is the perfect solution for perimeter protection where labor costs or trenching is an issue.
