The SDC LR100SGK Series Electric Latch Retraction Kit enables electric access control and dogging of mechanical exit devices. When energized the motor retracts the exit device latch and pulls the pushpad into the dogged (depressed) position enabling momentary or sustained push and pull operation of the door.

The latch retraction mechanism may be activated by an access control, remote control device or building automation system. The exit device always provides uninhibited egress. The unit is equipped with a Sargent exit device field retrofit kit designed for an opening of 36” to 48”.

The SDC Z7252EQ6PKA is an electrified cylindrical lockset with a request to exit option. The unit features failsecure operation and is supplied with a six pin cylinder equipped with a Schlage “C” equivalent keyway. The lockset is designed for the access control of openings in commercial, industrial and institutional facilities where code compliance, dependable operation and resistance to physical abuse is required.??Electra Pro electrified cylindrical locks ensure that the door stays latched even when unlocked, maintaining fire door integrity. Electra Pro locksets comply with all national building and fire life safety code requirements for use on fire rated doors, including high-rise stairwell and elevator lobby doors where the use of electric strikes and magnetic locks is prohibited.

Spacesaver® bolts project at right angles to the lock mechanism, allowing installation of Spacesaver® locks, by means of a simple mortise cutout, in virtually any standard frame, or in most door lock stiles. All Spacesaver® locks are equipped with stainless steel bolts, specification grade solenoids and automatic relock ball switches. Building codes essentially state that egress through access-controlled doors must not require prior knowledge of operational requirements. Meeting this criterion, SDC’s MSB550 is designed to release electromagnetic door locks for uninhibited egress. When slight pressure is applied a microswitch is actuated, immediately releasing the electromagnetic door lock. The MSB550 series bars are an economical alternative to sensor activated bars.
The MSB550 series uses heavy duty aluminum extrusion and metal caps. The mounting assembly is all metal, and no plastic. The rigid construction prevents any malfunction due to sagging or warped doors or tweaked glass door stiles. With a maximum total bar movement of only 1/8”, trigger activation to release the electromagnetic lock is quick and quiet.

SDC’s EH series magnetic door holders are designed to hold doors open and release the door by remote switch or fire life safety command center activation. Primary application includes holding and releasing of fire rated doors that are required to provide a barrier for fire and smoke in an emergency or the convenience of door closure by remote control.
Choice of 25, 30, 35 or 40lbs holding force determined by units specified voltage. Reduced power supply requirements and energy costs due to low power consumption (15mA to 40mA). Field selectable high holding force comes standard, reducing stock

SDC’s push plate actuators combined with SDC’s operator, bollards and locking devices allow for complete access and egress solutions for ADA compliant applications. Included are round and square push plates in various sizes and display verbiage, logo and markings. All types can be wireless or hardwired, bollard or wall mounted.
Designed specifically for handicap access, automatic door activation and request-to-exit applications. Pressing any part of plate causes switch activation.

The illuminated switch button is two inches square for easy activation and is visually conspicuous. The high impact resistant material stands up to abuse. The “PUSH TO EXIT” sign complies with NFPA requirements.
The 410 series narrow frame mount exit switch assemblies include a large push button on a narrow frame mount plate with push switch signage “PUSH TO EXIT”.
