APA151 piezo annunciators, which replace the APA451 with a new, improved look, provide an audible alarm signal, a red LED to indicate alarm status, and a green LED to indicate power status. They are intended for use with System Sensor® 4-wire conventional duct smoke detector applications without a system control panel, to comply with NFPA 90A.

The SWIFT Wall AV Bases are intended for use with compatible System Sensor L-Series AV notification appliances to meet a comprehensive range of notification requirements. The AV Base provides power for the audio and visual signals and supports wireless communication with the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP). The L-Series AV notification appliance is mounted directly to the wireless AV base allowing flexibility in color, placement and signal output. Universal wall trim ring, red, 6.3” x 8.2” L-Series trim rings provide additional space within the backbox. The design is universal across the L-series notification appliance line and supports indoor horns, horn strobes, chimes, chime strobes, strobes, speakers, and speaker strobes.

WFDN Series water flow detectors are compatible with schedule 7 through 40 steel pipe, for sizes 2 through 4 inch and compatible with schedule 10 through 40 steel pipe, sizes 5 through 8 inch. WFDN Series water flow detectors consist of a rugged, NEMA 4 rated enclosure that is more damage resistant than previous metal designs. The water flow detector is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, with the widest available temperature range, from 32 to 150°F. They are also approved for installation on the widest range of pipe schedules, sizes 2 through 4 inch are approved for installation on pipe schedules 7 through 40.UL-listed models are equipped with tamper-resistant cover screws to prevent unauthorized entry.

The System Sensor Model D2 Duct Smoke Detector utilizes photoelectric technology for the detection of smoke. This detection method, when combined with an efficient housing design, samples air passing through the duct allowing detection of a developing hazardous condition. When sufficient smoke is sensed, an alarm signal is initiated and appropriate action can be taken to shut off fans, blowers, change over air handling systems, etc. These actions can facilitate the management of toxic smoke and fire gases throughout the areas served by the duct system.

Detector test magnets initiate functional device testing. The test magnet will electronically simulate smoke in the detector sensing chamber, testing the sensor electronics and connections to the control panel.
