KERI SYSTEMS UNIVERSAL DESKTOP ENROLLMENT READER
The RDR-ENR1 is a desktop card reader that combines proximity and contactless technologies into one reader. It is capable of reading both 125 kHz proximity cards and 13.56 MHz contactless cards.
The reader is best used when card numbers or data formats are unknown, common in such technologies as MIFARE, EM, and others, as it eliminates the need for manual entry and provides error-free identification and security.
BIOSYNC FINGERPINT ONLY READER INDOOR
Keri’s BioSyncTM Readers provide reliable fingerprint reading in attractive and unobtrusive packages. Readers are available in fingerprint -only, fingerprint card, and fingerprint keypad versions. Typically used in higher security applications, they can be used either for primary user identification (fingerprint -only) or for secondary verification based on initial use of a card or PIN.
BioSync Readers are compatible with Keri’s NXT controllers with an NXT-WI Wiegand Interface, PXL-500W Tiger Controller, and 3rd party controllers that accept Wiegand-type readers. The readers contain an internal beeper and an LED bar to indicate fingerprint accepted and access granted/denied status for user feedback. Keypad and Card models may be used outdoors with appropriate covers. Fingerprint template sharing between readers is done using RS-485 networking, with an option for TCP/IP. Keri’s BioManager software is used for enrollment and template management.
KERI SYSTEMS CONEKT MOBILE CONTACTLESS LONG RANGE
Conekt comprises Farpointe Data’s contactless smartcard reader solution with mobile access support. Based upon the proven LEGIC contactless digital radio frequency identification (RFID) platform, Conekt readers interface with a wide range of electronic access control systems by complying with either the legacy Wiegand or bi-directional Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP). They offer value-add features such as MAXSecure and ValidID, and support both sector and card serial number (CSN) reads. In addition to traditional contactless smartcard access credentials, such as clamshell cards and key tags, the platform also offers the option of mobile access credentials loaded on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)-enabled smartphones. This allows the smartphone to function as a contactless electronic access control credential. Conekt access credentials, both traditional and mobile, can be ordered programmed to various formats in exact number sequence required.
