The ELK-319WA is a Supervised, Wireless Water Sensor designed so that the transmitter mounts on a wall or other flat vertical surface, and the remote probe is placed in the location where water leakage is most likely to occur.
Moisture forming a bridge between the two metallic contacts on a remote probe is all that is needed for the unit to signal an alarm condition. The output on the ELK-319WA will remain in alarm state until the moisture bridge is broken. As sensitive as the water sensor is, it will not alarm due to high humidity or condensation. The ELK-319WA is ideal for use in homes, offices, computer rooms, warehouses, etc.

The ELK-P1215K Power Supply/Battery Charger Kit is a plug-in 14VDC Power Supply (ELK-P1417) combined with an intelligent Charger Board and a 12V 5Ah Battery(ELK-1250). It can supply up to 1.5 Amps of current at 12VDC (nominal). The charger board features a Low Battery Supervision output, Low Battery Cutoff, as well as a Manual On/Off switch. The Power Supply features built-in overload reset and screw terminals for connections.

The ELK-M1KPAS is an LED keypad arming station for M1 controls. The keypad is compact and installs easily into a single gang box. Three LEDs display system status, and the keypad is backlit for easier operation in darkness. Quick arm “Exit” and “Stay” buttons are included for added convenience. Not only that, but users are able to program up to six “F-Key” function operations. The ELK-M1KPAS is perfect for partition jobs in offices, workshops, and garages.

The ELK-M1XSLU is a dedicated Elk-M1 serial expander for connecting an M1 Control to a Lutron RadioRA2 Main Repeater. RadioRA2 is a wireless multi-room control system for Lights, Shades, and HVAC Thermostats. Interfacing a RadioRA2 system to an M1 allows control in response to security system actions or conditions. With the automation and remote capabilities built into M1 it is possible to control RadioRA2 devices from across the room or across the world. Benefits include energy savings, convenience, and comfort.
The M1XSLU should be mounted as close as possible to the RadioRA2 Main Repeater. An 18” 9-pin flat ribbon serial interconnect cable is provided.
