The Photoelectric Smoke detector and the Carbon Monoxide (CO)detector are both listed Analog Addressable detectors compatible with fire alarm control panels that utilize the Potter Addressable Device (PAD) protocol. The CO sensing portion utilizes a proven electrochemical sensor for accurate detection of CO gas for life safety applications. The photoelectric detector complies with UL 268 7th edition enhanced smoke sensitivity tests. It has a wide sensitivity range of 1.1 to 3.5% per foot, and features drift compensation with built in dirty detector warning. The SL-401 is the lowest current consumption, weather-proof strobe in its class. It operates on 12V DC and draws a low 115mA. It is made of high impact resistant thermoplastic to stand up to abuse. The strobe is rated at 60,000 candle power and is designed with an operating life in excess of 200 hours of continuous operation.

The PAD300-DUCTR is designed and built to meet all local requirements, as well as the NFPA regulations regarding duct smoke detectors. Air sampling is accomplished by two (2) tubes which protrude into the duct. An exhaust tube of one (1) standard length (7”) is supplied in the installation kit with the smoke duct unit. Once the duct width has been determined, the air intake sampling tubes must be ordered. Sampling tubes are supplied in three standard lengths: 2.5 ft., 5 ft., and 10 ft. and cut to size to fit the duct. Mounting the duct smoke unit is accomplished by the use of a template and two (2) sheet metal screws, which are provided. Mounting can be achieved without the removal of the clear cover which is secured by four (4) capture screws.

The PAD100-HD is a listed Analog Addressable rate of rise and/or fixed temperature heat sensor compatible with any fire alarm control panel that has the Potter Addressable Device (PAD) protocol. The heat sensing portion utilizes a proven thermistor for accurate and reliable heat detection. The sensor and base (not included) are made of a durable plastic in an off white to blend in with the ceiling.

The Piezo Alert is an advanced electronic audible signal device that emits a compelling sound with minimum current draw. This solid state device operates from as little as 3VDC to as much as 28VDC and is rated at 20mA. Sound output is proportional to input voltages and ranges from a minimum of 68dB to over 100dB at 28VDC at 1 ft. The piezo electronic contact points give it high reliability and an exceptional long life. The piezo alert signal operates in free air only. It is not compatible with under water applications. The recommended operating range is from -13°F to 158°F (-25°C to 70°C).
