The Model VSR is a vane type waterflow switch for use on wet sprinkler systems. It is UL Listed and FM Approved for use on steel pipe; schedules 10 through 40, sizes 2” thru 8” (50 mm thru 200 mm). LPC approved sizes are 2” thru 8” (50 mm thru 200 mm). See Ordering Information chart. The VSR may also be used as a sectional waterflow detector on large systems. The VSR contains two single pole, double throw, snap action switches and an adjustable, instantly recycling pneumatic retard. The switches are actuated when a flow of 10 GPM (38 LPM) or more occurs downstream of the device. The flow condition must exist for a period of time necessary to overcome the selected retard period.

The PAD100-CD is an analog addressable carbon monoxide (CO) sensor compatible with any fire alarm control panel that has the Potter addressable Device (PAD) protocol. The CO sensing portion utilizes a proven electrochemical sensor for accurate detection of CO gas for life safety applications. The sensor and base (not included) are made of a durable plastic in an off white to blend in with the ceiling.
The sensor is compatible with any of the PAD series sensor bases and simply twists on. The PAD100-CD is addressed using DIP switches in the rear of the sensor and can be easily programmed in the field without special tools.

The Thermotech 302 Series rate-anticipation heat detectors operate within a controlled range of two to three degrees of their set points, regardless of the speed or rate of temperature rise. These detectors are available in either 135°F (57.2°C) or 194°F (90°C) ratings.
The 302 Series are normally-open devices designed especially for fire detection and alarm systems. Hermetically sealed for moisture-proof or dust-proof installations. Requires no special backbox. Has plastic hexagonal wrench grip bushing with 1/2” (1.27 cm) conduit threads for attachment to threaded hub cover, or any outlet box.

The PAD100-IM module does not require an SLC loop address but does consume power from the SLC loop. The module provides protection against short circuits by limiting the number of affected devices. When the PAD100-IM detects a short circuit on the SLC loop, it disconnects the outgoing side of the module to prevent the short from affecting the rest of the SLC loop. The PAD100-IM includes one red LED to indicate the modules status. When the module is shorted, the LED will light continuously. Once the short is removed, the PAD100-IM will automatically restore to a cleared condition.

The PAD100-IM is compatible with Potter’s IPA series addressable fire alarm control panels. The PAD100-IM is used to provide additional reliability by isolating a segment of the SLC loop where a short circuit has occurred.

The ODC-56 Series Overhead Door Contacts are exclusively designed for rugged high traffic installations. The reed switch is hermetically sealed with a PVC shock absorber enclosed within a solid aluminum housing. Installation wires are protected in a 24” stainless steel armored cable. The magnet is enclosed and protected in a heavy duty aluminum housing.

The S-24/HS-24 Series is a low profile strobe and horn/ strobe combination that offers dependable audible and visual alarms and the absolute lowest current available. The S-24 & HS-24 Series 24VDC offers tamperproof field selectable candela options of 15, 30, 60, 75, and 110 candela. The Strobe and Horn/Strobe offers a continuous or sync temporal three in 2400Hz and mechanical tone, a chime and whoop tone. All tones are easy for the professional to change in the field by the use of switches. The S-24 & HS-24 Series has a minimal operating current and has a minimum flash rate of 1Hz regardless of input voltage.
This Series is shipped with a standard 4” metal mounting plate which incorporates the popular Super-Slide® feature that allows the installer to easily test for supervision. The product also features a locking mechanism which secures the product to the bracket without any screws showing.

The CPS-24 is a reliable, high quality Photoelectric Smoke Detector. It can be used in all open areas where Photoelectric Smoke Detectors are required, including in-duct applications. The computer-designed smoke chamber makes the CPS-24 well suited for detecting smoldering fires as well as fast-flaming fires.

These vibrating type bells are designed for use as fire or general signaling devices. They have low power consumption and high decibel ratings. The unit mounts on a standard 4” (101mm) square electrical box for indoor use or on a model BBK-1 or HC-BB weatherproof backbox for outdoor applications

The Potter Model PFC-4410G3 is a conventional multi-hazard releasing control panel well suited for a number of applications. The PFC-4410G3 is listed for use with pre-action and deluge sprinkler suppression systems and agent-based fire suppression systems.
The panel utilizes a microprocessor-based system that has up to 35 standard programs in panel memory, which covers a majority of installations. The simple to follow Menu Structure programs the entire system in a matter of seconds. In addition to the Standard Programs, the panel allows custom programming to accommodate any installation. Programming is accomplished either through the menu driven on-board controls or from a laptop via the Ethernet connection.
The PFC-4410G3 is housed in a red durable steel cabinet with removable door and key lock. An optional flush mount trim ring is available. The cabinet contains knockouts on the side, back and top of the cabinet to ease installation. In addition, the cabinet will house up to two (2)
